How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Spacious holiday house in between Granada and the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada: the Chalet "La Encina" is constructed on a private terrain of 700m2 and situated just outside of the little village of Dudar in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, the valley of the river Rio Aguas Blancas. It is a quiet place with stunning views over the mountain range from your private terrace.
An ideal place for practicing mountain sports like skiing, snowboarding, climbing, hiking, mountain biking etc.. And if you just want to relax, then simply stay in this home and breathe the pure air of the Sierra Nevada.

Inside the house nothing is missing in order to enjoy a great time in the Sierra Nevada. Central heating always maintains a pleasant indoor climate. Towels and bed linen are supplied for every guest. The kitchen has all kinds of equipment, such as 4 hotplates, oven, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, grill, blender, coffee maker, etc.. All bed rooms have their own wardrobe and heating.

Ideal for larger groups or families with children who want to enjoy a lot of space and an excellent location near the city and near the ski lifts.
