How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to pay

If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

The advance payment can be made by

1. bank transfer

2. credit card

3. PayPal

 

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Detailed information about the advance payment and the rest payment can be found in the detailed description of the correspondent accommodation on our website as well as in the booking confirmation you’ll receive from us.

 

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

We recommend to effect a travel cancelation insurance

    Top-accommodation in the ski resort: The holiday house Casa Copos Altos is situated in the private urbanisation "Los Copos Altos" in the mid zone of the ski station in Sierra Nevada. 8 persons can enjoy stunning views from the terraze and a great time in this winter accommodation.   Within 5min walking down some long stairs it is possible to reach to the center in the lower zone near Plaza Andalucia, where any type of service can be found: Supermarkets, Sports stores, rental shops, ski schools, banks, restaurants, bars, clubs and so much more...   One car can be parked privately in the garage of the house, 2 more cars find a parking within the closed urbanisation. The access by car to the building is not problematic.   The holiday house is distributed on three floors and has a terraze with stunning views towards the mountain Veleta and Granada on the other side.

    Excellent studio apartment 50m from the chair lift: it is fully equipped for 2-4 persons and includes a ski-storage room for sports equippment. It is situated in the mid zone of Pradollano, just 50m from the chair lift Parador, with views towards the peaks and the slopes. In this area you'll find some great restaurants, bars and a small supermarket next door for your shopping needs. As it is located in the 6th floor of this modern building with elevator, there won't be any noise in the days and the nights. The windows are Climalit design, which also guarantees a pleasant temperature inside. You can park the car under the same building comfortably which is included in the price. The walking distance to the center Plaza is approx. 10min, but if you don't want to walk, you can use the chair lift Parador til 20.30pm to connect with the center. The lodging is great for 1 couple with children or 2 couples. There is a double bed (135cm) and a sofa double bed in the salon. The american kitchen is fully equipped, the salon has a TV and a wardrobe and the bath room has a tub and electric warm water heating. The flat is very bright as the room is exterior.

    Studio apartment in the mid zone of the ski station: Just 150 m away from the chair lift "Parador I" (1st stop) you live in a modern and tastefully equipped accommodation with all the comodities you need for perfect ski vacations in Sierra Nevada. To the center "Plaza Andalucía" in the lower zone of Pradollano it takes a 10 min walk. In the living room you find a bunk bed for 2 persons and another 2 persons can sleep on the double sofa bed. There is built in a american kitchen with oven and 4 hot plates, something you rarely fnd offered in the Sierra Nevada ski station, where mostly small cookers with only 2 plates are installed. There is an oven, microwave and a fryer, so, this place is ideal for self catering vacations. Near the center with all the shops, restaurants and bars and just beside the chair lift to the slopes and all this for a reasonable price, the Studio in "Edificio Europa" provides a good value for money. The prices do not include the VAT of 10% which will be added to the rental price.

To the lower zone center it needs a 10 minutes walk or your just take the shuttle of the ski resort.  Anyway, the mid zone, where the apartment is located, has a good infrastructure with restaurants, bars and supermarkets, that satisfie most needs.   A good place for a good price!

    Modern holiday apartment located at medium level of the ski resort: The building "Edificio Monte Oiz" is located in the mid-zone of Pradollano. The chair lift "Parador I" is just 100 m away and to the most central lower part you just walk about 10 min. The apartments in the "Monte Oiz" buildung are like new, because the place was built ajust a few years ago. You will enjoy the underfloor heating, which males the stay after a long day on the slopes really pleasant. The infrastructure if the mid-zone of Pradollano has improved considerably and now there are numerous restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In the same building you find the trendy Chill-out Lounge & Restaurant "Nevada". As the hole building, the apartment is like new. From the window you will have the best views towards the slopes. The floor is made of hardwood and always warm due to the built-in heater. The living room with combined American Kitchen hase a tasteful furniture and the kitchn place is completly equipped for self catering. In the bed room there is a modern bink bed. The lower part is a bed-sofa and provides space for 2 people. In the upper part there is a single bed for the third person.  Other 2 people sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. For your car is provided a garage place (incl. in the price) and the inner-resort shuttle bus stops just in the front of the door.   This flat is a good choice for your ski holidays and offers a good value for money!

In less than 15min you can walk from here down to the center Plaza where all the infrastructure can be found, like restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, ski rental, etc. Alternatively you can also use the chair lift to connect with the center zone. Nearby the Edelweiss building there are several great restaurants and some popular pubs, so you comfortably find all you need in a distance of no more than 300m from your accommodation. From the small terraze of the studio you will enjoy fantastic views of Pradollano, the mountains and the Granada valley in the background.
