How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to pay

If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

The advance payment can be made by

1. bank transfer

2. credit card

3. PayPal

 

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Detailed information about the advance payment and the rest payment can be found in the detailed description of the correspondent accommodation on our website as well as in the booking confirmation you’ll receive from us.

 

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

We recommend to effect a travel cancelation insurance

You can also do your shopping in one of the smaller supermarkets near the building Sierralacant. The center Plaza in the lower zone is a 10-15min footwalk away from here. There you will find any infrastructure like shops, banks, rental stores, clubs and gastronomy. You can leave your car parked privately in the garage of the building during your holidays in the snow.

    Top-accommodation in the ski resort: The holiday house Casa Copos Altos is situated in the private urbanisation "Los Copos Altos" in the mid zone of the ski station in Sierra Nevada. 8 persons can enjoy stunning views from the terraze and a great time in this winter accommodation.   Within 5min walking down some long stairs it is possible to reach to the center in the lower zone near Plaza Andalucia, where any type of service can be found: Supermarkets, Sports stores, rental shops, ski schools, banks, restaurants, bars, clubs and so much more...   One car can be parked privately in the garage of the house, 2 more cars find a parking within the closed urbanisation. The access by car to the building is not problematic.   The holiday house is distributed on three floors and has a terraze with stunning views towards the mountain Veleta and Granada on the other side.

    A favorite of our customers! This really cozy wooden house is located only 100 m from the middle area of Pradollano with some shops, restaurants and an Internetcafé. At the same distance are the slopes and the chairlift. The lower zone is reachable by walking 15 minutes or better by the shuttle bus, that is circulating all day long through the ski resort. Inside & outside this house is made of wood. After a cold day on the slopes you will enjoy this cozy atmosphere. On the top floor - right under the roof - there is a cuadruple bedroom with 4 single beds. The other 2 bedrooms are located in the ground floor - 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed. The living room is combined with the open kitchen and has as well a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has an electric stove and a microwave and as well all the utensils you need to cook & eat at home. The bathroom (also entirely made of wood) provides a bathtub. You can park you car in the street (in this zone normally you find a place) or in the central garage of the ski resort - in this case you would use the bus or chairlift or just walking to move around.    A great house with a unique atmosphere!

The studio lodging is equipped for up to 4 people, which sleep in 1 double sofa-bed and 2 single sofa beds. The open kitchen provides all you need for preparing meals at home. There is a electric stove, a micowave, etc. In the front of the kitchen you have a table with chairs, where you can take your meals. All the flat is equipped with wood, so, that you can enjoy a really cozy atmosphere. The complete bathroom has a shower and a bidet. The slopes are very near- the distance to the next chair lift is just 50m. The next shops and a Internetpoint you find walking just 300 m. Your car you can park in the street or in the central garage of the resort and use the shuttle bus, that brings you to all parts of Pradollano.    Enjoy your holidays in the snow in a cozy place for a reasoble price!

The chairlift Parador connects the upper zone with the center plaza in the lower zone of Pradollano, but you can also get there with the city bus (sunday til thursday til 20.30pm, friday and saturday until 23.00pm) or just walk within 20min. Some good restaurants, bars and supermarkets can be found close to the Ginebra building. In front of the building you can park your car on the street. The views from here are impressive. The highest peaks of Spain, the slopes and the village create a unique atmosphere. The accommodation is fully equipped and decorated with style. Nothing is missing in order to enjoy a few pleasant days in the snow.   1 bedroom with 1 double bed 2 double sofa-beds in the living room (2 X 2 persons)

      Cozy holiday apartment just 100 meters from the mid-zone and the slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Located in a wooden house this accommodation provides a lovely atmosphere. The entire interior and exterior is covered with wood. There are two double bedrooms - one with two single beds and one double bed. In the living room can sleep 2 persons more on the comfortable double sofa bed. The open kitchen has everything to prepare meals at home (home, microwave, dishes). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet.   In this area of ​​the station usually you find a parking place on the street but as well you can park in the  central garage of Pradollano (cost: about 10-12 EUR).   About 150 m away from this accommodatione begins the mid zone with its shops, restaurants and Internetcafé. To the lower zone of the ski resort it takes a 15 min. walk, or better you can take the shuttle bus, circulating all day long in Pradollano.   A lovely place for a splendid vacation in the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada!
