How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to pay

If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

The advance payment can be made by

1. bank transfer

2. credit card

3. PayPal

 

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Detailed information about the advance payment and the rest payment can be found in the detailed description of the correspondent accommodation on our website as well as in the booking confirmation you’ll receive from us.

 

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

We recommend to effect a travel cancelation insurance

    Functional and well equipped apartment, located in the middle of the ski resort of Sierra Nevada for 6 persons. The accommodation has a living room with lopen kitchen and 1 bedroom with 2 bink beds (2x2 people). Other 2 people can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the kitchen you will find all for cooking at home. There is an electrical fireplace, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and of course dishes and cutlery for 6 persons.   A property strategically located next to the slopes! To the lower zone center it needs a 10 minutes walk or your just take the shuttle of the ski resort.  Anyway, the mid zone, where the apartment is located, has a good infrastructure with restaurants, bars and supermarkets, that satisfie most needs.   A good place for a good price!

      New holiday apartment in the mid zone: the building Monte Oiz II has been inaugurated in 2008, its situation is 300m from the first stop of the chair lift Parador which connects with the lower center zone of Pradollano. The local city-bus has a stop right infront of the door.   The apartment offers all the comfort you may ask for being on holidays: a terraze with extraordinary views over the village and the slopes, central floor heating, electric warm water boiler, a fire protection system all over the building, TV, a large bath tub and much more.   It is completely equipped for 6 persons. There is one bed room with double bed, a bunk bed in the entrance area, a sofa double bed in the salon, american kitchen and complete bath room. The apartment comes with a private parking in the garage and a ski-storage room.   You can reach the center Plaza de Pradollano within 10min walking. The Restaurant Chill Out has opened in the Monte Oiz building and makes a great recomendation to go out for dinner without moving down to the center.   The prices do not include the VAT of 10% which will be added to the rental price.
